Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and offer free return shipping. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@adanabeauty.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Adana Beauty is an online-only business based in Los Angeles, California. We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery in 1-2 business days after dispatch.
